What type of fuel injection system do the mid-range, 30 to 115 hp Mercury 4 stroke EFI outboards use? Multiport fuel injection or throttle body.<br /><br />Also, what do you Mercury mid-range 4 stroke EFI owners think of your outboard?
I'm going to go out on a limb here because I don't know for sure, but I don't think anybody automotive or marine is using throttle body injection EFI anymore. I will bet they are all multiport fuel injection. Someone will tell me I'm sure if I'm wrong. The power is better with multiport and is required if you are going to keep the hp up with multicarb models.
