I have an electric start 3 cylinder 2 stroke 2003 year model 50 hp mercury that want fire after i hit submerged concrete. It bent the prop and killed the engine. Now it be spin but will not fire or start. There is no shear pin in the prop. Does it have a fuse instead of a shear pin? Help.

Welcome to the forums! :)
The prop should have a rubber hub that will spin when you hit a submerged object. A prop shop can replace the hub.
If it's not firing check if the flywheel spins freely. Sometimes hitting a sumerged object can shear off your flywheel pin, which makes the flywheel spin freely and therefore messes up the timing.
Eric

Correct on the flywheel shear key. Also check to see if the drive shaft is twisted.

Another agreement on the "woodruff" key which locks the flywheel to the crank.......been there, done that and it doesn't have to be completely sheared to do you in; have had some just torn half way thru the key and engine wouldn't run.

Pull the nut off the flywheel and look under the nut. Should get your answer immediately as the top of the key is right there and if damaged, readily visable.

Merry Christmas.

Mark
