It has a new thermostat. I removed and looked at the fuel pump. The rubber diaphram is not cracked or damaged. The engine will not idle, runs very rough. Fuel appears to be coming out of the breather and accumulates in the bottom cowl. Can a carb float that is stuck open cause fuel to get in the oil? Engine is in very good condition overall. Any help is very much appreciated.
