mercury 50hp 2 stroke problems slips in to nutral when in turn????

i have a mercury 50 hp on a bayliner 160 both 2002 with mercury controls ,when i turn sharp it just over reves like its gone in to nutral and only powers on when i straighten up this happes both left and right hand turns ?? i have had a look and nothing i can see is fouling the cables going to the motor .so im at a loss unless any one knows of this hapening to them .also over revs when trim is on high point,any one help me on this ???????????????8)8)8):':)/:^:/:'(

Pretty common in a hard turn. The prop loses it's bite in the water and the engine revs up. It's not in your linkage or cables. Try taking it easier on the turns and trim the motor down(IN) before you turn if you have power tilt and trim...If manual trim, try moving it in one hole...
