Mercury 650 1968 65HP cylinder replacement

Hello, we just acquired a 68 Larson boat with a 68 Mercury motor that needs work - the lower unit is fine but there is a hole in the cylinder wall cracked - is this obnoxiously difficult to replace ourselves? - also, the impeller is bad too. Would we be better off selling ours for parts and finding a good used 68? Anyone know where the best place is to find a used good cylinder head? (did check ebay already) Thanks!<br />Andiemarie

We are in the Minneapolis area, also cabin near Minong, Wisc. It's a 4 cylinder, I think only one is bad if that helps.
