i am having a problem with a 71 650. low pressure out the tell tale, it seems clear, no clogs, but when i removed the lower unit and hook the water hose up to the copper tube going to the power head, the water runs back down from the bottom side of the power head. is all the water from the block supposed to come back down through the exhaust?
