Just bought a boat (1972 Larson Shark with 70 hp mercury outboard) and changed gear oil and put fresh fuel in it with the 50:1 mix thinking it would fire. Hand primer had fuel fully primed and the motor will just turnover but not fire. The compression is good in all three cylinders. The boat did sit for 11 months. What should I do? Feel free to ask questions.
