Serial # should be near the transom mounting bracket, or under the cowl/cover somewhere. It probably is a 2-stroke and takes a 50:1 mixture of oil in gas (16 oz. per 6 gallon tank). If it is a two-stroke outboard, it doesn't have a dipstick like a car...if that's what you mean by oil stick. Manuals for your given motor are generally a good investment and don't cost much. Think about it.
