My brother have a 1977 Mercury 850 that have a spark issue.
Checked the spark with a timing light today. Cyl 1 and 3 looks good,, around 800rpm on idle. But cyl 2 and 4 are pending between 1600 or 400 rpm on idle. Either twice or half of actual rpm. Engine is running badly and is really week, feels like a 20HP or something.
is it a bad CDI-box or?
