I bought the motor about 4 months ago. I used the it two tmes. I notice that it was idling kinda of high. I had it ajusted. Took it out a third time and it went south. I was underway at full bore heard hard knocking, shut it down. It appeared sie@zed. The next day hand turned a quarter turn each way in forward and reverse. Any ideas?
