Mercury 90 Sport Jet Performance

I have a Donzi 152 Medallion with a Sport Jet 90. What top end should I expect with only 1 person in the boat? Right now I can only pull about 30mph out of it. It does not seem like it is hitting a true top end here. It is true speed because I have a GPS on it. <br /><br />Can someone tell me any experiences with performance they have had with this engine?<br /><br />Is there anything I can do on this motor to increase top end speed?

Check out some posts on www.sportjetworld.com for comments on this boat/engine performance.<br /><br />I think about the most you can expect is about 35 MPH.<br /><br />There are no hop up parts for this boat that are worth the money.<br /><br />Ken
