Why are there so many different types of WME carburetors? Is it just a difference in the size of the main jet? I have an older model inline-3 with a blown powerhead (1989)(70-90hp). Bought a rebuilt 1995 powerhead (75-90hp). What can I do about the carbs?

There were changes in the carbs, jets being one of them. Use 95 carbs for the 95.

Re: mercury carburetors

Thanks for the info. I found someone with 3 sets of 1995 carburetors. I think he's going to let me buy a set from him. If he doesn't, do you know where I can purchase a used set for a descent price.

Just have to shop around the salvages. There should be some carbs around. Just make sure they are a correct full set (top, middle, and bottom differ).
