I have a 2002 90hp 4 stroke mercury outboard. My amp gage on my console only reads around 13 volts all the time. Recently I had to replace my battery. My amp gauge still reads around 13 volts. I was told my charging system is not working. In checking my stator and rectifier resistance with an ohm meter all the wires (3) coming out of the stator are white. I can't find any troubleshooting charts saying I have all white wires. They mention other colored wires. All the white wires have continuity to each other and each white wire do not go to a ground. Is that all I can check?..Thanks
