greetings...my little brother refuses to look for advice, so i am posting for him. He's got a '98 merc 2.5 Z port EFI with an A48 box. this is the first season he's had this rig, and it's a problem child. won't stay running for more than two or three minutes, and even then rather choppy. fuel pressure and delivery are good at fuel rail, running a Bosch pump and regulator. main known symptom is fuel injection shutting off for no apparent reason, spark delivery is constant. have replaced injectors with new ones, installed known good ECU, known good stator - yet the problem persists. if anyone has seen this problem or has any ideas please let me know.<br />thanks for reading and have a nice weekend!
