Mercury extended warranty

My 1 year warranty on my 90hp 2cycle salt water series is done in march and I am considering purhasing the extended warranty. Anty thoughts pro or con on this? 1yr=$240 2yr=$410 3yr=$520 4yr=$630 5yr=$740

BUY IT!!! It doesn't take much to run up a $740.00 repair bill.

The warrenty is provided by Mercury? or some aftermarket warrenty?<br /><br />I don't trust em. Make sure you take a good long look at what is covered <br />(and more importantly what isn't)<br /><br />Mike<br /><br />PS. I just don't trust aftermarket warrenties.

It is a Merc extended warranty

Buy it! Merc. factory warrenty, not sold to others. Worthwhile in my opinion

Worth it in my opinion. Just make ABSOLUTELY sure it is underwritten by Mercury Marine.
