I own a Mercury 15hp 4 stroke outboard ,the trouble I,m having is it fires up but won,t rev and after warming up it dies and floods .Fuel was dripping out of the air filter housing tonight .The spark plugs are new but keep flooding .A friend suggested that my float chamber on my carb is sticking .Does anyone have any more suggestions ,what my problem could be.
