Mercury Force inline fuel filter replacement

Can I replace this inline fuel filter on my 1995 Force 70hp with any fuel filter from an auto parts store or is a marine fuel filter different because of the 2-stroke oil in the gasoline?

Beg to differ foodfisher---The marine fuel filter IS different: It costs five times as much! LOL
