I want to remove a power head from a merc 25 long shaft (oc264303) and install it on a Mariner 25 short shaft(od010746). I've been told that this can be done can any one assure me of this. How big of a job is this? What parts will be needed to make this happen. I have ordered a shop manual. thanx
