I pulled the cover off the 40HP on my boat today and discovered the "Spark Stop" screw has either backed out or the lock nut has spun back. I don't know which. Take a look at the picture and see what ya think. It appears to run fine. I know "zero" about it. I don't know which way to go, i just know something isn't right.
