Mercury Outboard Tilt/trim help

Attached are photos of the tilt trim parts attached at motor. Can anyone tell me what parts (part numbers) I need to complete this setup? The resovoir and motor I believe but unsure which one will work with what setup I have. In case the photos of the serial number is hard to read it is as follows: 79610A1. The two lines at the top of the transom look to be the hydraulic lines which wrap around below to the pump. Thanks in advance andif any questions feel free to ask.

Anyone? even just a rough idea of what the resevoir and motor looks like? Anything will help at this point

You didn't provide answers to Chris1956 in your previous posts about whether this is original equipment or aftermarket. Did this come with the engine you have or is this something you are trying to cobble together?

What is the s/n of the engine?

I apologize I never saw the reply. To answer: as far as I know it is original, it was on the motor when I bought it used. The motor serial number is 6009047. Mercury black Max 150. Thanks guys.
