Have a 1995, 3 cylinder, 2 stroke, 60hp Mercury outboard. The alarm won't go off after the engine is running. Replaced the water-pump impellor (and there is water circulating). Oil is full (and the motor smokes as it should). What else is the alarm connected to? Or what are possible problems ?
