my power trim on a '95 mercury 175 will go down but not up. i read on here that it could be the trim limit switch. where is this located? it will not work at the throttle nor at the motor. could it be the relay also?

the down works though. there is no noise except a clicking in what i believe is the relay switch located in the motor housing. there are two of them (relay switches?). i would tend to think it's a solenoid or the relay switch.
