mercury prop

I figure I have a spun prop hub. 1984 7.5 merc, runs great, but kept slipping and revving up to high heaven at high then later on, slow speeds even. The rubber inside the sleeve inside the center of the prop was all rotted away when I took the prop off. My questions are:
Do I need to replace the whole prop?
Where can I find a prop for this motor?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys.

A prop shop can re-hub it for you and make it like new.

The blades are pretty jacked up, I think I will replace it. Can you tell me what kind of prop I can use on this motor? How can I determine the diam. and pitch it must/can be? Thanks!
