Mercury prop

Spun/rotted-all-to-hell prop hub on my 1984 Merc 7.5. Prop is old and beat up anyhow. Anyone know where I can find a prop for this motor? I've been desperately searching all over. Michigan wheel didn't seem to have my model/year. I'm dead in the water here.
Prop serial # is 48-47670-7

That was a 9 x 7 3 blade AL. Michigan # 032020

That's so weird because the prop i rcvd was 032020, but the hub is way too long for the prop shaft. It won't reach through in order for the nut on the end to be attached. Is this a non-standard prop-shaft or something? compared side by side one can see the difference.

Stupid question here but you do have 1 (one) thrust washer infront of prop, right? Is it the correct thrust washer for the hub style?
