Having a problem with my Mercury Thruster Trolling Motor, when it's running even with full batteries the speed changes up and down like its dragging, on high speed it will run fast and then slow to a crawl and then speed up and it also seems to drain my battery faster. Keep in mind this boat has been Garage keeper and only has 129 hours on the boat so it's like brand new.
