Mercury trim/tilt hydraulic pump motor

I recently bought a 1978 bass tracker tx17. The hydraulic pump motor is shot. The windings fused together so I need a new one. I went to my local boat shop and they quoted 260 bucks for a new replacement. Is that the normal price for the motors? Or is there possibly an online store that I could get one cheaper?

They are not inexpensive new.
