I plan to replace my aluminum bass boat in the next year or two due to some stern corrosion. The boat has a 40hp 4 cyl 1994 Mercury outboard that still runs good so I'd like to move it to the new hull to save some dough. Were can I get a new electrical harness for the engine ? Do they come with the purchase of new throttle controls or does the electrical harness have to be purchased separately ? Sorry if this is a noob question as Im not that familiar with boat engine wiring....
