I have a mercury xr 10, 1996, Europe Inc., B 4822 Vervies, and it is low on power. I do not know how to maintane it. Here in the Philippines is it quite difficult to get support. Maybe someone could give me some advise, how to handle or to tune up this outboard. Maybe someone has a manuell. I got a good information from captain texacana Member # 3621 (Thanks for it) but my registration no. is not except. 09914387.
