Thank 12footer! I asked Mercury here in australia and they had no idea from the serial number alone. Looking on the chart you gave me showns it to be somewhere between 1961 9.8(100) and 1962 9.8(110) if the serials follow through consistantly. Can anyone confirm that this is what it is?
