Metric solenoids have metric pistons (not sure specifically what that's called). They are smaller than standard ones if I remember correctly. That's the only real difference. The starters mount the same otherwise as long as you have the correct configuration. Some have the mounting holes inline and others are offset. I think all 4's have the inline mounting pattern.

Or,..................

It means you need an 8mm,+ a 15mm Wrenches to attach the Wires,......
Rather than a 5/16",+ a 9/16" Wrenches........

If your's is a Straight Across Bolt Pattern,........ It Sure Will.......
