Mid 80's 25 horsepower tohatsu question

I believe I need a rebuild or a powerhead for this motor. Looking for a tohatsu powerhead but will another brand fit? ie- nissan, mercury, etc? Thanks...

Get the precise model/serial. A Nissan powerhead may work.
