Middle Eastern man tries to get hazmat licence

live in R.I. and just heard on radio 28 year old middle east man was attending tactor trailer driving school here in R.I. Story goes he didn't care much about learning how to drive, but was more concerned about getting his cdl asap, was only concerned about driving truck forward not reverse, and wanted a hazmat lic. asap.....more to story but didn't have time to listen.....congrats to driving school for being so on the ball and to R.I. State Police.
