minkota riptide part missing help

I purchased a used minkota riptide.it appears there should be a gasket or part where the shaft is held? I attached some pictures.if anyone knows the part missing and where I can purchase.

Anyone have this type of Minkota riptide with door and latch? There has to be some sort of flnage I am missing. I called minkota and they need a ser #. Well the sticker that has the ser # is gone. So hopefully somone on here has the same one!!

Does anyone have this same Minkota RipTide trolling motor?

I purchased this 55lb thurst motor and It appears to be missing a flang to keep the shaft tight in the latch and door.If anyone has the same unit and could tell me what is missing it would be a great help!! I called Minkota but the ser # sticker is missing off mine so they can not help me out.
