Minn Kota Power Drive Motor PN: 2777050

I folks. I have dusted off my old Minn Kota 765 MXT trolling motor. The steering motor does not respond. I have disassembled the Power Drive Housing Assembly (2771836 - updated part number). I am showing no voltage going to the steering motor (277050 - updated part number). What really has me confused is that if I supply 12 volts directly to the motor, it does not activate. It seem unlikely that the control switch/harness and the motor would fail simultaneously.

I would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

Maybe you have a ground problem and not a voltage problem.
