Hello. Hope someone can help me. I have a 14'-0" sailboat that is fiberglass and weighs around 400 to 500 lbs. I am looking for Minn Kota Riptide for saltwater. I am only going to go about 5 mph around the harbor and plan to be on the water cruising around for about 5 hours. The total weight of boat, adults and gear is about 1200 lbs.<br />Would 40lbs thrust, 12 volt be ok ? and how long would the battery last at only 5 mph ?<br />Thanks, Scott
