Minn-Kota Terrova vs Power Drive V2

I am in the market for a new 12 volt bow mount trolling motor. I don't want to spend the extra money for the i-pilot or co-pilot though. I need a 55lb with a 54 inch shaft. Is the Terrova worth the extra $220 over the Power Drive V2 ? What are the differences between them besides the foot pedal and the way they deploy ?

The Terrova is better made. In the future is you decide to add the i-Pilot keep in mind that you cannot use the foot pedal with the i-Pilot installed on the V-2. You can with the Terrova.
