I have a Minn Kota turbo 36lb thrust trolling that has been sitting inside for 2 years. I hooked it up and it did not run. I took it apart and checked all of the wires with acircuit tester and they all have power when the unit is on. But, the motor does not seem to work. What can I do to get this back working? Can I rig it? What can I check? The serial number on the unit is MKJJ1228747.
