New motor-left foot control out in the rain- I have I- control and foot control attached at the same time.
Motor is 24V but has no power.
Batteries are charged with on board charger 2 bank charger.
Last use- with I control - motor would not turn unless prop power was off.
This a.m. prop took 30 seconds to start rotating then only at very slow speed and I control did not work just beeped. Motor show fully charged batteries. Where did I go wrong?
