Misfire!! 1991 mercury 175 hp O/B

Cylinders 6,4,and 2 Replaced both switch boxes, spark plugs and fuel filter and lines. Would #2 and #4 coil be bad now? Help!

Check the bia's reading on the new boxes and make sure coil and trigger wires on correct terminals
