Misfire after winterisation

Took he boat out today for first trip, I heard what sounded like a misfire at around 3000 revs and gradually got more frequent as revs were raised.
Kept her at just under 3000 for about 10mins, powered up again and now its disappeard.
Could it have just been damp cause now it works fine at 4000 rpm and engine sounds sweet.

Could have been moisture in the dist. cap..or more likely water in the fuel..Glad it smoothed out..

Or the spark plugs burnt of the rest of the fogging oil.
