I have a missing issue from low to mid throttle but at full throttle it seems to run perfect. I have a outboard 2004 60 HP 4 stroke Yamaha (*F60TLRC). I've replaced plugs, cleaned out motor mounted fuel filter and still have problem. Any ideas would be appreciated.

and now its going to be carb cleaning time.
can you post some clear pics of them?
I can walk you through it but in the end your going to have to have a dealer,or someone with a 4 channel manometer, sync the throttles.
takes me about 4 hrs to do them.

what kind of price should I expect. So the Carbs need to be cleaned and then throttles Synced. Thanks you've helped me many times!!!

Re: Missing isue low to mid throttle

price depends. I watched a former yamaha field service rep spend 11 hours trying to clean a set and I still had to redo it.
takes me about 4 hours on the f50 and f60 carbed 4 strokes.
typically the needles, seats and float bowl gaskets are reusable as is the top cover gaskets, if none show damage.
the only one I do change is the main jet plug oring.
the kits are about 109 dollars each and it takes 4.
thats why I stock individual parts and only use them if the others are damaged.
the exception is the main jet plug oring.
you will also most likly have to drill and remove the air fuel mixture screw plugs.
several times our service manager has pulled other techs off the F50/60 carbed stuff and put me on it after a day or so.
they are not hard but there are some small passages.
