Missing pieces

What is the piece I circled called, and where can I find replacements? Restoring my first boat.

First, welcome to the forum.
What brand? I'd think that would be hard to find, however its a piece that looks like it would be pretty easy to fabricate. A local guy with a sheet metal brake could bend it for you, and then just drill the holes for attaching. Use the other bracket for a pattern. Its a bracket for the seat board.

It's an old starcraft, it doesn't have the brackets with it.

Yeah next to impossible to find, it would involve buying another boat. Luckily it looks like a relatively easy to fabricate part.

Yeah, fabricate them, they don't have to be exactly the same, but robust enough to equal or exceed the strength if the ones that were there.
