I have a 1980 16 ft Canaventure with 1978 115hp evinrude. I'm looking for an old ski pylon that was on boat but wasnt when i bought it. It has a rectangular cleat on floor which pole would slide into and there are a post(looks like a pawn chess piece) on either side of boat on top towards the transom which support arms would go on. i believe this type of pylon was popular in 80's and not sure if there still around our what to call it to do an online search. i know just spend $300 for a new one
