I met Cain Valaskas grandma yesterday at work.
I ask her to bring him by the store sometime and she said she would.
Thought it was pretty cool.

Anybody else out their a fan.

I used to watch the UFC's, back in the late 80's when the UFC only had 2 rules; I think they were no eye gouging and no biting? Now those were some wicked fights!! Today it just has too many rules and is boring.
The fights I love are Bully Beatdown. Some jackwagon with 75% bodyfat thinks he's all that, and gets it handed to him. Still can't figure out why some of those 'victims' don't band together and throw the bully a nice blanket party with a couple pillowcases filled with 6-8 masterlocks!

you mean like the Russian and the 6'6" fat bully that barley made it out of the submission phase? there were 3 rules no eye gouging, no biting and no nut punches. im interested a bit because my wifes younger brother is a pretty damn tough guy and he fights mma. he is 15 so he cant fight professional. i asked him if he wanted to play video games and he said he has never played any. i asked why? he said it was more fun to beat people up at the gym. i love mma/ufc guys all are super nice when you meet them then they snap like a rabbid pitbull in the ring. wish all the rules would go away again. i cant pay 65 buks to watch two guys roll on the ground and only get one really good hit in per fight.

Man, You guys are brutal.
Personally, I think I like alot of the rules, it keeps the fighters safe to fight another day.
I'm a little bit younger than yall ( I think ) and the first time I watched a fight was about 10 years ago and I had to change the channel. The first time I seen a guy get knocked out, I felt really bad for the guy.
Now, I see the technacill aspect of it and love it and can't wait for a good submisson or a good knockout and watch the guy go stiff.

I like the bully beatdown also. Still waiting to see one were the bully kicks the crap out of the mma guy.

Why would you feel bad for the guy. He knew what happens in the ring, and he got clocked. In the early UFC's, you'd have guys with broken noses, teeth flying, brutal KO's, etc.

I loved the Bully Beatdown where Mayhem gets in the ring, and destroys the *****clown. Funny how most of those 'bullys' take 1-2 hits and they're done.

I haven't seen Mayhem get in the ring before. I'm going to have to try to look that one up.

I sadly admit, I watch once in awhile. While they use a few martial art technics they are fighting with rules and as gadiators and of sport. Nothing like the style I practice. I bite, eye gouge, attack the joints, pressure points, and by all means violate the growing. But only if there can be no peace or reason. Peace is the focus and running in the other direction is not all together scorned....lol....However, I do like to watch bullie beatdown.
