Model number and hesitation problem

I bought a 2004 boat that came with a Johnson 115 on it stock. The data plate is unreadable and I can’t seem to be able to find a model number. I need this to order parts. I found a number on a silver disc with the number 5022962. I’m assuming it’s a 2004. It is a 115 2 stroke

I’m am trying to fix a hesitation/bogging down problem.
when I go to buy parts, want a model number. Went to buy carb kit, it shows two different ones depending on model. Temp sensor, vro.

You would need 4 carburetor kits.----Where are you finding 2 different kits for this type of motor ?-------Online or at a friendly BRP / Evinrude dealer ????
