Model of 25 hp Evinrude

Evinrude 25 hp Welch Plug number 387636 RPH and serial number 259080-E07780. What model or year is this engine. There is no model number on the outboard. I was given the outboard and may restore it if the compression is good. I would appreciate it if anyone can help me find the year or model. Also, any information on deciphering the numbers would be great.
