It isn't the first, nor will it be the last.<br /><br />To err, is human.<br /><br />We, typically do edit, when apoproprate. I believe the post you mentioned was locked, not deleted. Perhaps the Mod thought there was too much to edit.

ditto Ralph!<br />MY creation thread would never had gotten to 300<br />if it weren't for the excellent "editing" job by<br />mod2 early on IMHO.<br />I am also guilty in the past of being a bit to<br />reactionary in a post and ruined it for the majority.<br />in hindsight, it's easy to see we coulda/shoulda<br />had more tact, but were just in a cruddy mood at<br />the time or something?<br />maybe a mod doesn't have time at that second to<br />edit and has to lock it. but it could be edited <br />later and unlocked again perhaps?<br />do understand your need to error on the side of<br />caution here... <br />regards,<br />M.Y.
