Molded Fiberglass Transom Repair

Hello eveyone. I'm new to the website along with repairing a molded boat transom. I'm seeking some advise/help on starting this project along with the materials I might need to do it..Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

The boat is a Haynie 21Z center console that I bought from the insurance company. It is a hurricane boat. It was in a rack when the building came down on it. The engine and transom were hit pretty hard and was actually torn on one side of the starboard side.

I never have done a fiberglass repair of this magnitude. The main image I have of this project is putting a new engine on it and on the maiden voyage that engine ripping back off.
