Moller stern drive paint process

Volvo Penta repaint
I used Alumiprep
I used bondrite metal conditioner
I sprayed bare areas with zinc phosphate (moller)

Question:
1) Do I now have to use ANOTHER primer before topcoating

2) Im going to let it dry for 2 days. do I then have to scuff?

doesn't say anything about recoat times or needing to scuff after but I think hitting with a scotchbrite pad after full cure is a good idea. Would just pay attention to make sure you get the mils thickness , and that you don't scuff it off.
