Monday we board the boat for our Down East Circle Route of 3,500 miles

We made it to Cape Cod after spending the previous night in NYC, car and all, with no problems. We are getting ready to head out on Monday the 20th by boat, back to NYC where we will spend the 1st night aboard the boat.

Sounds like a great time. I too would love to do the loop. I have been talking about it for years now. My wife and I just purchased a small Carver 2767 to see how we like sleeping on a boat before making the jump into a bigger boat. Look forward to hearing more about the trip.

It is a Pursuit 345. Purchased it last year. 36 and 1/2 feet long with two Yamaha 350 hp 4-stroke engines.

We are heading out this morning from Cape Cod of our Down East trip…with some rain and early fog forecast. So the adventure starts!
